Coco Lopez Cake
A friend of mine actually made me have this cake. Not that I don`t like coconut but the name of this easy desserts just for some reason made me have giggles every-time I read it. But like one of the old lame joke where a cannibal had a clown for fun than later said he did not tastes funny, is exactly what I was thinking when I was having this easy desserts coco lopez cake. Though it was good in both texture and taste but the name is just not living up to the easy desserts recipes reputation. Just give it a try and you`ll know what I am talking about infact you can just tell me your thoughts and I`ll just appreciate what ever it is.

Honestly I have never tried a cake this extravagant, I am not talking about the design but the taste, oh my god it is just heavenly. This one of the best easy desserts moist pineapple cake recipe I have every had. I don`t really know how to put it in words but the thing is this moist pineapple cake recipe can go with anything and any type of tea. It is really that great. Until you actually try it you won`t know what I am talking about. Give this easy desserts recipe a shot and leave a word or two about your experience at the end. I love it with tons of coconut on it.

I don`t know why but when there is something that you really like say for examples this coconut cake than no matter how hard it is to make you`ll still classify it as an easy desserts recipe. And this pretty much happens with every thing. The bottom line is if you are satisfied with it than that is it. Now there might be a lot of coconut cake recipes out there but I found this little trick to it and amazingly it tastes great. I like making easy desserts and the recipe below made life much easier. Try this recipe although not from scratch but you`ll love it.
