Low Cholesterol Chocolate Cake


There is great news for chocolate lovers with high cholesterol levels. First this low cholesterol chocolate cake is an easy desserts recipe and it takes less effort to make. The plus point on it is, that it is really worth your while cause you can actually keep yourself from ways harm and healthy. Last but not least this low cholesterol chocolate cake recipe is just delicious. Honestly there are so many plus points to this easy desserts recipe that without counting it you`ll go hay wire, but all in all try it, enjoy it and leave a word or two at the end.
Ingredients:

--CAKE:--

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cold water

--ICING:--

  • 6 tbsp. stick margarine
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp. brewed coffee (can be instant)
Directions:


CAKE:

  1. Use an 8 x 8 x 2 inch Pyrex pan, ungreased. 
  2. Sift all dry ingredients.
  3. Add liquids. 
  4. Mix with a fork to get all lumps out. 
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake is done.


ICING:

  1. In a small mixing bowl mix by hand with a spoon: margarine, cocoa and coffee. 
  2. Add powdered sugar at about a 1/4 of the box at a time. 
  3. Mix until smooth.
