Ingredients:
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 3 c. apples, sliced
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients; apples last.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes in greased angel food pan.
